Onexvet's Terms & Conditions — With Transparency

Welcome to onexvet.app. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and onexvet governing your use of the platform. Please read these Terms carefully before using the platform. By completing registration or accessing the platform, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms.

Below are the definitions of key terms used throughout these Terms & Conditions:

• "Platform" — the onexvet.app website and mobile application.
• "User" — who is registered on onexvet and using the platform.
• "Account" — Your personal onexvet account.
• "Bet" — A monetary wager placed on the outcome of an event.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the requirement to wager a specified amount before withdrawing a bonus.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer, the identity verification process.

To register on onexvet, you must provide accurate and complete information. Registering with false information may result in account closure and balance forfeiture.

Registration Requirements

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• A valid mobile number and active email address are required.
• Each individual may only register one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all of them will be closed.
• Registering under someone else's identity or with concealed personal details is not permitted.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility.

KYC Verification

To ensure security, onexvet may require identity verification before processing withdrawals above a certain amount. In such cases, one of the following documents must be submitted:

• National ID Card (NID)
• Passport
• Birth Registration Certificate (as proof of age 18+)

The following rules apply when placing bets on onexvet. These rules cover all bet types — Sports Bets, Live Bets, and Multi-Bets.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet is placed before a match begins and the match is subsequently cancelled, the stake will be refunded.
• Odds in live betting can change rapidly. The odds at the time the bet is confirmed are final.
• If a bet is placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error, onexvet reserves the right to void it.
• In the event of a dispute over the outcome of an event, onexvet's decision is final.
• The minimum bet amount is ৳10; the maximum limit varies by account tier and event.

Multi-Bet Special Conditions

A multi-bet or accumulator combines multiple events in a single bet. If any one event loses, the entire bet is lost. Different matches from the same series can be included in the same multi-bet, but two different markets from the same match cannot be placed on the same slip.

Onexvet supports payments via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Important Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals will only be sent to the mobile number used to make the deposit.
• Withdrawals cannot be made directly from bonus balance; the wagering requirement must be met first.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours. In exceptional cases, processing may take up to 48 hours.
• A new withdrawal request cannot be submitted while a previous one is still pending.
• Large withdrawals may be held if KYC verification has not been completed.

Onexvet regularly offers a range of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms, which are detailed on the relevant promo page. General bonus terms are outlined below:

• The welcome bonus is for new members only and can be claimed once.
• Bonus wagering requirements typically range from 5x to 20x the bonus amount.
• Any attempt to withdraw a bonus balance before meeting the wagering requirements will result in the bonus being forfeited.
• If the wagering requirement is not completed within 30 days of receiving a bonus, the bonus will expire.
• Any attempt to claim the same bonus through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.
• Onexvet reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

Free Bet Terms

When winning with a free bet, only the profit is credited to your balance — the original stake is not included. Free bets have their own expiry date and will be automatically cancelled once expired.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the onexvet platform. Violations will result in account closure, balance forfeiture, and legal action where necessary.

• Account Sharing: Allowing someone else to use your account.
• Bots & Automation: Placing bets automatically using software or bots.
• Arbitrage Betting: Placing opposing bets across multiple platforms to guarantee a profit.
• Money Laundering: Using the betting platform as a channel for money laundering.
• Match Fixing: Influencing the outcome of an event in a predetermined manner.
• Hacking: Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• False Identity: Opening an account using another person's name or personal details.
• Bonus Abuse: Strategically placing bets to circumvent bonus conditions.

Onexvet takes the protection of your personal information very seriously. Any details you provide during registration are used solely for platform operations, security verification, and customer support.

• Your information is never sold to third-party advertisers.
• Payment information is fully protected through SSL encryption.
• Information may be shared with authorities when required by legal obligations or for investigative purposes.

Onexvet strives to ensure maximum platform availability; however, we will not be held liable under the following circumstances:

• When a bet is not confirmed due to an internet disconnection.
• When a transaction is delayed due to a third-party payment gateway.
• If service is disrupted due to force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, government directives).
• If account information is compromised due to the user's own negligence.
• When issues arise from registering without providing accurate information.

Betting is a risky activity. The possibility of losing always exists, and onexvet is not liable for any resulting financial loss.

Onexvet may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms.
• If registration is completed using false or incomplete information.
• If suspicious betting patterns or fraudulent activity are detected.
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• When a user wishes to close their account at their own request.
• When you wish to take a voluntary break under the Responsible Gaming policy.

Balance After Account Closure

If an account is closed due to a rule violation, the balance may be forfeited. However, if closure is requested by the user or due to inactivity, any valid balance will be returned. KYC verification is mandatory to process a refund.

Onexvet reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, a notification will be sent to your registered email or mobile number. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
